Richard is the owner of New World Business Solutions and has over 30 years of industry and supply chain consulting experience, including facility design and optimisation, outsourcing and third-party logistics, supply chain network optimisation, software evaluation and selection, and general and operations management. Prior to New World Business Solutions, he held various senior management roles in the third party logistics (3PL) industry in Australia and overseas.

Jude’s career comprises roles in business planning, supply chain and multi-modal distribution in a management and advisory capacity for a private investment company, specialist consultancy practices and major logistics and shipping companies.

Carlos has 18 years consulting and industry experience in the areas of supply chain, building design and logistics. He has held senior management roles in the 3rd party logistics sector and specialises in Supply Chain Consulting, Business Analysis, Project Management, and Architecture. With a proven track record in building / layout design, Carlos has designed in excess of 270 unique layouts for many leading Australian and multinational companies and consulted on over 300 engagements with leading global and Australian organisations in a wide variety of industries.

Alan has extensive experience in practical logistics management, having spent seventeen years in line management roles for a number of leading international companies before moving into consulting in 1992. As a consultant, Alan has worked on a variety of projects, across the complete spectrum of industries, within many of New Zealand’s ‘blue chip’ organisations. His work has focused on strategic development of logistics operations as well as detailed implementation of transport, warehousing, inventory management and systems improvement projects. Alan has a simple core goal: “To improve the condition of his clients”. Alan is a CMC (Certified Management Consultant) & also a member of the Logistics & Transport New Zealand. In addition to consulting, Alan is a Lecturer in SCM & Logistics for Post & Under Graduate students at Massey University and the University of Sydney.
